All of our acrylic products are made from eco-friendly materials and comply with international environmental standards. Compared to traditional glass or plastic, acrylic is not only recyclable but also has a lower environmental impact during production, effectively reducing pollution.

Our product designs focus on sustainability, aiming to provide customers with both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly options.

Customizing your acrylic product is easy! Simply upload your image or design on our product page, select the shape, and add any text or personal touches you’d like.

We support various image formats, including JPG,JPEG,PNG etc.

About Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder, as emails can sometimes be misdirected.

If you’ve created an account, you can also click on "My Account" and log in to check the status of your recent orders.

To update your shipping address, please email service@gleamfly.com with your order number and new address. Note that we can only make changes before processing starts.

Changing the shipping address may affect your order total if the sales tax rate differs. You’ll be charged based on the new address’s sales tax.

Of course! you can enter a different address at checkout, and we will safely and efficiently ship your gift to the destination.

At the moment, we can only ship each order to one address. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

The photos you upload are solely used to create the products you've ordered. We respect your ownership of the photos.

Your privacy is our top priority. When you place an order online, we collect your personal and payment information, but rest assured that your credit card details are securely stored in a separate, protected environment and are never retained by us.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Occasionally, we may send you promotional emails about Gleamfly deals and new product launches. You can easily opt out of these emails at any time if you prefer not to receive them.

About Refunds & Cancellations 

Orders are processed according to a strict schedule. Please note that orders placed before 5 PM ET will begin processing on the same day, while orders placed after 5 PM ET will start processing on the next business day.

For orders placed before 5 PM ET, you have until 6 PM ET to request a cancellation. For orders placed after 5 PM ET, you can request a cancellation until 6 PM ET on the next business day.

We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM ET on Fridays will begin processing on Monday.

For any inquiries or to request an order cancellation, please email your order details to service@gleamfly.com.

Creating memorable products is our top priority, but we understand that life can be unpredictable. Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you're not completely satisfied, please reach out to us at service@gleamfly.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and contact details.

If we made an error or your order arrived damaged, we will be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund. If the issue is due to a mistake on your part or a change of mind, your order may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. For all photo quality issues, damages, or issues with gift boxes, we require photo evidence as part of our Smile Guarantee.

Please note that the following circumstances may not qualify for a replacement or refund:

●The original photo is too dark, too light, or washed out.

●The original photo has a low resolution, is blurry, or grainy.

●The original photo is a screenshot or has unwanted borders.

●The original photo is poorly cropped.

●The product was damaged after delivery.

●An incorrect photo was uploaded.
